Description
A bright yellow butterflyfish with a large blue-ringed black spot on the upper side and two pale blue lines curving down from below the eye like eyelashes. It lives in pairs in coral-rich lagoons and outer reefs and feeds on coral polyps. It is never very common and is very hard to keep in aquariums.
In the Maldives
Dhivehi Wikipedia (MRS-derived) gives faiymini bibee; FishBase (Maldives) gives only the general name dhon bibi.

Dhivehi name source: FishBase (country: Maldives) gives only the general group name 'Dhon bibi'. Thaana from the Dhivehi Wikipedia article 'ފަތްމިނި ބިބީ' (derived from the MRS 1997 Dhivehi edition). No published Latin-script form found; 'Faiymini bibee' is Pax's transliteration of the Thaana (Malé Latin conventions). FishBase also lists 'Handupholimas', 'Kokkamas' under India (Minicoy/Lakshadweep Mahl dialect); not used. FLAG: Latin form is a transliteration, not a published spelling.
