Description

A phyllidiid nudibranch with a grey back carrying rows of white knobs, some tipped with yellow, separated by four black stripes running along the body. Its rhinophores are yellow. It is one of the commonest nudibranchs on Maldivian reefs, where it crawls openly by day and feeds on sponges, defended by distasteful chemicals.
